| Step 1 |
Copy the blank sheet from the phb folder, paste
it into one of the main folders (the workbench or the map
folders), and rename it under your name, so no one messes
with it. |
| Step 2 |
Open your sheet, and fill in your name and a pilot name.
Your 'Class / Rank' is Rookie. |
| Step 3 |
Look through the legions in the 'Pilot Creation' page below,
the tab marked 'Legions' will show you all your options. Once
you have chosen a legion, fill it in on your sheet under 'Pilot
\ Core Data', then fill in the 'Skills' area of your pilot
with those of the legions under 'Pilot \ Stats/Skills'. Roll
the stats of your legion and fill them in on your sheet in
the same place you put your skills. For the rollers, add the
skill % where the 0 is on the '0-1d100' roller. |
| Step 4 |
Go to the 'Pilot Creation' sheet, go to the tab 'Uniques'.
Roll a 1d100 and look up the number you get on the chart.
Add whatever it says to you sheet under the 'Unique' tab on
the 'Pilot \ Core Data' section and adjust your stats if necessary. |
| Step 5 |
With your pilot's stats complete, go back to the 'Pilot
Creation' sheet below and go to the tab marked 'Fighting Styles'.
You need a fighting style no matter what. Find a style that
suits you, and check its recquirements, located at the bottom
of each style. If you find that your stats do not meet that
style's criteria, you must find another style. If it turns
out none of your stats meet any of the styles recquirements,
take the style Shi-No-Madi (the first style) by default. Remember,
the style can be changed later on in the game. |
| Step 6 |
Make up a personality, appearance, and history of your pilot
for depth of character. By the way, for history, do not add
anything relating you to any of the pilots of the series,
please. |
| Step 7 |
Every MS score stat gets 10 points to start with, and you
get 20 points to distribute. You can take points off of a
stat for a larger one in another section, but no stat can
be lower than 5. These go to the 'Score' column on the MS
Stats. |
| Step 8 |
Time to intergrate the bonuses of your suit's stats with
those of your pilot's stats. First and foremost, click the
tab 'Suit Combat' on your character sheet. After doing that,
click 'Items' in the tabber below the dodge and initiative
rollers. Here is the area you need. Follow what each says
and add it to the correct roller (for strike it goes to all
strike rollers). If your fighting style gives you a bonus
anywhere, add it only after you do your other bonuses. ROUND
DOWN on all the bonuses. If its a 14/5, you round it down.
No exceptions. |
| Step 9 |
Weapons and armor. Buy buy buy. You got a cash limit of
$1,000,000. Buy what you can and do whatever. This is your
option. After completeing your purchases, add $500,000 to
the money left over. This is a 'savings bonus' to help you
get a more expensive item later on. ALL players get ONE free
beam sabre (melee weapon) to start with. |
| Step 10 |
For added role-play elements (advised for a good time :))
make up a decent appearance, personality, and history for
your character. |
