These options are only for the player that has aquired the Newtype
unique at creation. They are the next stage of evolution, and with
the help of one item, can become quite fearsome threats. No one
BUT a newtype may use ANYTHING in this section.

Psycommu-
A cockpit system that allows a pilot to control certain weapons
and aspects of the MS by thought alone. This replaces the
cockpit of your mobile suit completely, and you can still
operate it as usual, but you can now use you abilities to
control special weapons available in this section. +5000 weight,
$500,000 |
Bits-
Little weapons controlled by a Newtype. They have an onboard
reactor to control thier flight and to power the weapon. Can
mount only one weapon per bit, the number of bits a single
suit can have is determined by the Newtype's INT/3. The bit
can carry a weapon of 5000 weight or less. Weapon firing range
is dependent on position of bit, and a bit has a 1000m range
from the host MS. $350,000. You must buy the weapon put on
the bit. Bits are fairly small, so they are harder to hit
then normal. 1500 ap, +5 to dodge for the bit. Each bit has
a AP total of 1500, and it is effected by the armor stat and
secondaries. Cannot attack with a bit and another weapon unless
you have the weapon combo move. |
Funnels-
Another weapon like the bit, except it has to be recharged
at the mobile suit because a funnel does not carry an onboard
reactor. A rack somewhere on the suit allows the funnels to
be recharged during combat. 1000m range, weapon must be 5000
weight or less, its firing range depending on where the funnel
is. Rack costs $350,000, each funnel costs $75,000. You must
buy the weapon put on the funnel. Can stay 2 rounds out, must
charge for one round. Can mount only one weapon per funnel,
the number of funnels a single suit can have is determined
by the Newtype's INT/3. Funnels are smaller then bits, and
so are
harder to hit. 750 ap, +7 to dodge for the funnel. Each funnel
has a AP total of 750, and it is effected by the armor stat
and secondaries. Cannot attack with a funnel and another weapon
unless you have the weapon combo move. |
Fin Funnels-
A large, incorrectly named weapon, these things are really
bits since they sport a onboard reactor. These are fairly
big, some being long, some being wide, etc. These, like the
bits, can stay out for an indefinite amount of time, and the
weapon mounted changes its firing range. Fin funnels have
a range of 1500m from the host suit however, and can support
a weapon of 12000 weight or less. $600,000. You must buy the
weapon put on the fin funnel. Can mount only one weapon per
fin funnel, the number of fin funnels a single suit can have
is determined by the Newtype's INT/4. Fin funnels are fairly
large apparatuses,
and do not gain the same bonuses as their cousins. 3500 ap,
+2 to dodge for the fin funnel. Each fin funnel has a AP total
of 3500, and it is effected by the armor stat and secondaries.
Cannot attack with a fin funnel and another weapon unless
