3.1 -ATTEMPTING AT SYSTEM BALANCING
-Numerous weapons and armors are re-calibrated to try and equal out the strike/dodge ratios
-That's about it, equalling out the strike/dodge.

-Newtypes and Psychic Newtypes now not required to get Magnetic Joint Coating at lvl 15

-reduction of Zeon space bonus, from +5 to +3
-players gain one (1) free beam sabre to start with
-beam sabre damage reduced one die (4d6*100 to 3d6*100)
-allowed for legion changes during the game
-limited Newtype weapons to energy-type weapons only
-ALL CBUWs in the armor section are now compliant with each other

-MS Enhancements, one suit may now have two, different ones of course (can't upgrade the frame twice, now can we?)

-initial MS stat points went up from 15 to distribute to 20

-HP is now removed from pilots because this is a strictly MS combat
game, your pilot can still die however in deathmatches
-new shield added
-removed 'Weapon Trainer' unique due to too strong, replaced with
'Mobile Armor Pilot'
-damage on all hand-to-hand combat, move or weapon (eagle talons, hell's thorns), has been increased
-2 new MS Enhancements, and leveling out of others
-Sturm and Panzer Fausts CORRECTLY identified as rockets. therefore, they are now in the Missle/Grenade section of Ranged weapons
2.6 -creation walk-through altered a little
-character sheets updated for better functionality
-altered/correct the ranking system
-monthly team battles corrected, and done away with 'registration'
-have added a new MS Enhancement, Frame
-reduced gundanium prices (not by much for each one to be too significant)
-new 2 secondary armors, KOS and its better, HKOS
-AS Planet Defensors AP reduced because they are too strong, also raised $10k in price.
-correct various FS Add-On techs and moves to clear up instant use
-Na-Kiu-Guso fighting style has been removed, and Izuna-Otoshi and
Kamikaze have combined into Izuna-Kaze, "Lightning Wind" as well as having some techs upgraded & re-evaluated
-much more clear lvl/rank chart added
-have added to the 'ALL READ!' area because of another large change that may effect people
-cleared up changing FS definition, I think
-3 brand new fighting styles, the Uwabami, "Boa Constrictor", the Sniper, and the Commando
-new solid melee weapon that cost alot because it can cause massive damage
-new energy melee weapon that is so useful
-the sucky thermal sais have been reduced in cost greatly
-8 new ranged weapons added, one energy, five solid, and two in the
specials area
-all clearances removed, prices fixed/correct/reduced
-PDs and ASPDs have been altered to allow certain energy attacks to go through them, as demonstrated by Wing Zero and Mercurius
-8 new Extras
-shield flasher extra corrected for usefullness
-made it that newtype weapons cannot attack with another held weapon unless you use the Weapon Combo move, since they are basically multiple weapons in use
-made it so team matches can have more then one team fighting at a time
-combat definitions added
-vulcans and machineguns have one set damage code now, as well as strike bonus
-new type of energy vulcan added
-powered up the lances
-fixed a couple uniques
-modified Furi-Tai. the beam melee sheer % is now 20% instead of 40%
-6, yes SIX, brand new special techniques!
-8, yes EIGHT, brand new special moves!
-removed the uniques Delusional, Paranoid, and Tough Skin
-multi-attack moves have been disallowed for targeting, and multi-attack can't get the sheer ability now. that was just too easy to pick a suit apart.
-modified Furi-Tai
-gundanium has become better because it is now resiliant to sheer, crush, & phase
-from now on, you will round down all stats for bonuses
2.5 -2 new legions
-new missle weapon
-new fighting style
-heat rods and heat chains have been moved to the specials section, and ER Missles have been moved to the normal missle area.
-vulcan and machine guns have been lightened
-corrections among various extras and listings
-new shield
2.4 -have fixed many things people have complained about
-2 new wings and a new secondary
-added 6 new extras
-unique weapons finally have weight
-fighting styles seperated
-new fighting style
-replaced some uniques for better ones from Gundam RPG
-new MPA set-up (all based off the original :)
-Heat Rods have been fixed to allow supercharging and grappling
(as demonstrated by Milliardo Peacecraft in the Endless Waltz)
-Combo from Special Moves has been cleared up for twin weapon users
-Newtype and their weapons have become more similar to their true anime form

-vernier engine prices dropped
-Double Beam Scythe added due to popular demand for it
