charm, other such things. Roll a 1d100 at every level up for all
of these if rolled under the percentage you gain +1 to according
stats as follows
Electronics- +1 INT +1 TECH
Navigation- +1 AWR +1 INT.
Piloting- +1 TECH +1 F.A.
Espionage- +1 INT +1 FA
Charm/Impress- +1 LUCK +1 AWR

sheet. If the number resulting is positive, you passed. If its
